The New York Times has published a list of what they consider the best thousand films ever made. Never mind the audacity. How many have you seen? As of this moment, I’ve seen 224, but there are at least half a dozen that I’ll be seeing in the next month or so. Still, that’s less than a quarter of them!
I counted 6 in the As and then scrolled down to see if Mulholland Drive was on the list. It was, and that was all I really needed to know.

And I though I’d seen a lot of movies. Great list. I’ll be checking off a lot of these until the expiration date on my birth certificate.
Just wondering if their list is actually 999 or 1,000. They have The Flamingo Kid down twice!
