It's called <a href="http://canuckflack.com/2008/02/06/the-long-and-short-of-being-an-omnivore/" rel="nofollow">The Long and Short of Being an Omnivore</a>, a description that I've laid claim to for some time now. He also references an entry on another interesting-sounding blog called <a href="http://creativegeneralist.blogspot.com/2008/02/what-specifically-do-generalists-do.html" rel="nofollow">Creative Generalist</a>, another of my more lofty forms of self-identification. Can't wait to read these and give the subject more thought. Just saw a great entry on Colin McKay’s CanuckFlack blog that relates.
