Searching through the Usenet archives on Google, I found my first ever Usenet post, from August 1991. I was posting to soc.college.gradinfo asking for information on graduate programmes in English literature. I had forgotten my first email address, which was mcnally@zooid.guild.org. GTABloggers Meet to Design Site
Last night, some of the GTABloggers got together to discuss the design of our site. It was nice to see Rannie, Liz, Amanda, and Aaron again, and to meet Emma and Natalie for the first time. The group so far has a very good vibe, and it seems like we enjoy spending time together. In fact, we spent about half an hour discussing our ideas for the site and the other 4 hours or so just yakking. Like any redesign project (like, ahem, my own site), it’s easier to just procrastinate.

Welcome Blog Widow!
Well, she finally caved. Brooke, my longsuffering companion, has started her own blog! Titled, cleverly, Blog Widow, it promises to provide an alternative outlook to life in the CC household. Right now she’s just using a Blogger template, but I’ll be helping her spice up the design soon.
