Brooke and I held a birthday bash on Saturday night, since her birthday was yesterday, and mine was last Thursday. About 15 of our friends turned up, and it was a blast. Here are some photos (I’m the guy in the blue shirt in just one photo). You’ll need to see what I look like slightly inebriated so you’ll recognize me at SXSW…

Home from work, sick. I think I’ll spend some time today looking for good project management resources on the web. Anyone have any ideas for me? Hit comment below, please!
My friend Brent and
My friend Brent and I went to see the Rheostatics last night at the Horseshoe Tavern. I’ve seen them about 10 times over the past 6 or 7 years, and they’ve never disappointed. They’re an amazing band in general (and criminally underappreciated) but live, they’re just genius. For the Horseshoe’s 53rd anniversary, they’re playing 4 nights in a row, so they played a lot of stuff I hadn’t heard in a while, since they don’t want to repeat the same set every night. Two and a half hours, and they’ll probably play all new songs tonight. They are, without a doubt, my favourite Canadian band.
My New Favourite CD
My new favourite CD, Spoon‘s Girls Can Tell is released on February 20. Look for it!

Cozying Up To Incontinence
Speaking of birthdays, go wish a happy one to Michael, cozying up to incontinence just like me.
